The Company
The Company was incorporated in England and Wales as a public limited company on 3 February 2005. It was established as a newly formed investment holding company to facilitate the demerger of LATF (formerly named John Holt Group Limited) from Lonrho Africa by means of a Court approved Scheme of Arrangement which became effective on 22 April 2005. It was admitted to trading on AIM on 3 May 2005 as the parent company of LATF, which is itself an investment holding company and operator of the Pension Scheme.
