Investment Strategy
The Company’s investment strategy, most recently approved by Shareholders at the annual general meeting held on 25 April 2007, is to seek to acquire either a publicly traded or private company with attractive growth prospects, strong management, a proven track record and a sizeable UK workforce, as a means of introducing new members to the Pension Scheme and subsequently attempting to unlock, with the consent of the Trustee, the inherent value of the surplus of the Pension Scheme for the benefit of Shareholders.
